Having worked extensively in the wine industry prior to becoming a chef, Chef Peterson's wine and food pairings are unparalleled. The wines are highlighted with a unique and tight focus. Her expertise with older vintages and large format bottles is stellar, especially one-bottle rare wines that should not be opened and tasted until the dinner is served.
